The Survey Group's Compensation Planning and Practices Survey is conducted among New England organizations and provides information on current and projected merit and salary increase budgets and structure movements. The report also provides data on frequency of increases, lump sum payments and pay philosophy as well as short- and long-term variable pay practices.
