Member Services

The Survey Group (TSG) is a member-based human resources information, survey and consulting firm. Services and benefits provided to all members are described below.

Surveys
Full TSG Members receive copies of the results for surveys in which they participate. Associate TSG Members have access to all survey data by calling or visiting our office during office hours. TSG conducts a few surveys where company size is not a factor in data collection and analysis - Associate Members are invited to participate in these surveys.

Human Resources Library
An extensive library of local, national and international human resources surveys, textbooks, manuals and periodicals published by TSG and other organizations. We keep our library up-to-date with nearly 100 compensation and benefits surveys to give you access to the most comprehensive survey data available.

Our library is equipped with computers and internet access to assist you with your research. Our professional staff is available to answer your HR-related questions and help locate the data you need.

The library is available during regular office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All materials are available for research use on the premises only.

Free Hotline Service
Provides members with fast telephone and electronic support for quick research inquiries. It is intended to resolve immediate questions such as those related to competitive benefits, recruitment, termination or market pricing.

In most cases, a TSG consultant will respond to your request within one business day. If a faster response or more extensive research or analysis is needed, TSG's professional staff can help meet your needs on a consulting fee basis.

Our monthly e-newsletter, NewsLink, offers professional tips to help you make HR-related decisions based on current, reliable information.

Professional HR Development Seminars
Our seminars, held nine months of the year, address a wide range of topics to meet the needs of all levels of HR professionals. Introductory classes are complemented by intermediate- and advanced-level courses. Our seminars are priced competitively and are available to TSG members and prospective members.

Free TSG Quick Survey
Obtain fast answers to unique HR practices questions not addressed in any of our surveys or the resources in our library. Members create the questions, TSG creates the survey and compiles the results.

Free HR Job Posting
This service is available for human resources job openings. At no charge, TSG members may post an unlimited number of open HR jobs. Members and non-members are free to search for a job.
