- View salary plans, make changes if desired
- Print reports, conduct analysis and make recommendations
- Approve plans (individually or in batch), print and export if desired
- Archive salary plans
* Each employee record must contain a field that will accurately allocate each employee to their appropriate manager for salary planning purposes, such as department code, cost center, job group, node, or supervisor number.
