For more than 40 years, The Survey Group (TSG) has conducted the most comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys in New England. Our salary surveys report base pay, bonuses and total cash compensation on more than 800 positions. Our larger surveys typically cover data from more than 375 regional organizations and represent in excess of 125,000 incumbents. Our benefits surveys cover almost every benefit that might be offered to employees. We maintain a repeat participation rate of nearly 80% in all our surveys.
Full TSG Members receive the results for surveys in which they participate. Associate TSG Members have access to all survey data by calling or visiting our office during office hours. TSG conducts two surveys where company size is not a factor in data collection and analysis - Associate Members are invited to participate in these surveys.
Companies may sponsor custom surveys by hiring TSG on a consulting basis. In the past, we have conducted local and national surveys on salaries, benefits, employee attitudes and other human resources issues.
